Lentil Bites with Cheese

Lentil bites with cheese

  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp green peppers, julienned
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice or beer
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce with Aburra
  • 1 tsp salt paprika


Saute the pepper in hot oil. 

Add the tomato or beer and cheese. 

Cook on medium heat until cheese melts. 

Combine lentils with beaten egg and add ciónelas to the cheese mixture. 

Add the mustard and salt. 

Heat, stirring all the time. 

Serve hot on toasted French bread and sprinkle with paprika.
