Students at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary program in Minneapolis, MN were challenged to create a pulse based dish featuring kidney beans, which grow in Minnesota. The judges of the competition included Jessie Hunter- American Pulse Association, Chef Christine Farkas iHeartFood Canada, and Charles Wachmuth- Chippewa Valley Beans. The winners were Eric Marbut and Michael Coroni.
The Recipe Contest was sponsored by Chippewa Valley Beans, American Pulse Association, and Le Cordon Bleu.
