Take gram flour and mix with water and moyan (ghee or dalda), salt. Prepare a concentrated paste out of it.
Heat some oil in pan. Put the concentrated gram flour paste in a sev mould and fry the long gram flour strings in hot oil. Flame should be in medium flame and prepare crunchy strings.
Once strings are ready let them get cold for some time. Now break them into small pieces.
Meanwhile take jiggery in a pan and mix it with a glass of water. Heat them until it turns concentrated. Put one drop of syrup between your thumb and index finger, when it starts to form 2 strings between the fingers, switch off the flame.
Mix well the gram string pieces with the jiggery syrup. Put some water on your palm and start making balls out of it. Kari laddoos are ready to serve.
