Cook the rice in a traditional way with all the ingredients
Cook the pork in the pressure cooker with water for half an hour
add the beans, onion, carrot, and oil. Leave it for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve with pork rind, avocado, sausage, arepa, fried plantain, black pudding and a fried egg.
