  • 50 g fragrant rice
  • 20 g barley
  • 50 g sticky rice
  • 15 g red adzuki beans
  • 15 g mung beans
  • 10 g peanuts
  • 15 g dark red kidney beans
  • 15 g dried lily bulb
  • 5 dates
  • 15 g lotus nut
  • 3 dried longan pieces


Measure all of ingredients and mix them together and wash with water twice.

Put all the ingredients in water and soak at least 6 hours.

Add all mixed ingredients with rock sugar and water in electric cooker.  The volume ratio of pure water and ingredients is 3:1. Cover the lid, choose “cook porridge mode”, and press “start”. It needs about 1 hour.

Open the lid. Now it is ready to serve. Enjoy.
