Golden Turmeric Hummus
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3/4 tsp salt, sea
- 1/2 tsp turmeric, ground
- 1 large clove garlic
- pepper, black; freshly ground (a few cracks)
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse on high until hummus is smooth and creamy.
- If the texture is too thick, add in another tablespoon or two of lemon juice.
- Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with fresh veggies and crackers. Enjoy!
