black; freshly ground (a few cracks)

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse on high until hummus is smooth and creamy.

If the texture is too thick, add in another tablespoon or two of lemon juice.

Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with fresh veggies and crackers. Enjoy!
