Beet Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 14 oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup beets, cooked, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • dill, fresh, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with spring of fresh dill and additional olive oil on top before serving.
