Ingredients

  • 2 14 oz cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic finely diced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup beets cooked, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • dill fresh, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with spring of fresh dill and additional olive oil on top before serving.
