Ingredients
6cupsmixed greens
1avocadothinly sliced
1cuptomatoescherry or grape; sliced
1 1/2cupsblack beanscooked
1cupolivesblack; sliced
1/4cupcheddar cheeseshredded
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cupyogurtGreek
1limejuiced
1limezest only
2tbspcilantrofinely chopped

Instructions
Place the greens in a large salad bowl. Top with the avocado, tomatoes, black beans, black olives, and cheddar cheese. Set aside
To make the dressing, combine the olive oil, greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest and cilantro in a mason jar. Screw the lid on tight, then shake for 2 minutes until ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
