Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen (peel before freezing)
  • 6 dried apricots organic, unsulphured
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned organic; strained
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom ground

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth consistency, adjusting milk to desired consistency
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
