  • 1 lb pasta small (gluten-free if desired); cooked according to package directions and cooled
  • 1 cup pesto prepared; vegan, if desired
  • 2 cups tomatoes cherry; halved
  • 2 cups chickpeas cooked


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and stir well until everything is coated in pesto. Serve immediately.
