Ingredients

Salad:

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 small cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup olives kalamata; sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
