Golden Turmeric Hummus

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3/4 tsp salt sea
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • pepper black; freshly ground (a few cracks)


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse on high until hummus is smooth and creamy.
  2. If the texture is too thick, add in another tablespoon or two of lemon juice.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with fresh veggies and crackers. Enjoy!
