Snickerdoodle Chickpea Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 large banana, frozen, overripe, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, or almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground flax, (optional)
  • 1 dates, Medjool, pitted (for extra sweetness - or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.)


  • Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
