Snickerdoodle Chickpea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
- 1 large banana, frozen, overripe, sliced
- 1/4 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, or almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flax, (optional)
- 1 dates, Medjool, pitted (for extra sweetness - or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
