- 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup pumpkin, pureed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- pumpkin seeds, toasted; for garnish
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
- Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle pumpkins seeds and additional olive oil on top before serving.
