Yummy ?.
Can you supply us with the nutritional data for the split pea dip recipe?
Hi Dorothy, A Cedar Spoon created this recipe and she may have this info for you. Thanks!
does this taste good with veggies? Is so some suggestions as to which ones?
Hi Lisa, anything that you normally dip in hummus can be used for this dip! Some of our favorites are carrot sticks, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes or celery.
I have a nightshade sensitivity which means I can’t eat tomatoes-which are in everything! If I omit them from the split pea hummus will it ruin the result?? Any suggestions for substitutions?
Hi Jay, the tomatoes can be omitted completely or you can replace them with 2 cups of roasted red peppers, drained. Hopefully that helps!
Nice!!! to make it GF, I use an amazing recipe for GF Naan bread, this would be perfect with it!! lovely recipe
