Lentil-icious Tropical Greens Smoothie
8 oz smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 handfuls spinach, (about 2 cups)
- 2 pieces pineapple, fresh
- 1 cup lentils, frozen (available in most frozen vegetable sections of the grocery store, or you can pre-cook any variety of lentils and freeze)
- 1 cup mango, frozen
Instructions
- Blend ingredients until a smoothie consistency is formed.

Love this recipe, super easy to do and tastes delicious!
I will be using sprouted lentils for this. Just sprouting them for 3 -4 days.
i’m using some of the lentil puree i made for the cookie recipe because i froze
the left over in 1/2 cup portions .
