Chickpea Pesto Pasta Salad
- 1 lb pasta, small (gluten-free if desired); cooked according to package directions and cooled
- 1 cup pesto, prepared; vegan, if desired
- 2 cups tomatoes, cherry; halved
- 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and stir well until everything is coated in pesto. Serve immediately.
