- 2 14 oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup beets, cooked, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- dill, fresh, for garnish
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with spring of fresh dill and additional olive oil on top before serving.
