Apricot Chickpea Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen, (peel before freezing)
- 6 dried apricots, organic, unsulphured
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned, organic; strained
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom, ground
Instructions
- Blend ingredients until smooth consistency, adjusting milk to desired consistency
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
