Apricot Chickpea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen, (peel before freezing)
  • 6 dried apricots, organic, unsulphured
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned, organic; strained
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom, ground

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients until smooth consistency, adjusting milk to desired consistency
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
