Soak the beans for 12 hours, discard the soaking water and rinse beans.
Boil the water in the pressure cooker, add a teaspoon of oil to the beans.
Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Open the pot, remove the bay leaf and add the salt.
Leave on low heat.
Sauté the onion in the remaining oil, add the garlic sauce, pepper and thyme.
Mix with the beans.
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour a layer of beans in a pan suitable for the oven, add a layer of the sausages and finish with the remaining beans.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 325°F (160°C).
